First, I built.
Games. Software. Websites. Experiments.
I was mostly interested in one thing:
Can I make this idea real?
I'm a builder from Gujarat who became increasingly interested in the space between technology and people.
I started with software. Then products. Then companies. Then AI.
Along the way, I realised that building technology without understanding people only gets you halfway there.
So now I spend my time moving between both worlds.
Some days I'm designing an AI workflow. Some days I'm thinking about product strategy. Some days I'm researching human behaviour. Some days I'm standing in front of a room explaining something I've only recently figured out myself. And some days I'm just building something because I want to see what happens.
I don't have a single category that fits perfectly. I'm okay with that.
Games. Software. Websites. Experiments.
I was mostly interested in one thing:
Can I make this idea real?
That became Let's Connect.
What started early in my journey grew into real client work, teams, projects, deadlines, and the first experience of building something that other people depended on.
That changed the question.
From: Can I build it? to: Should I build it?
I became fascinated by messaging, privacy, and how people communicate through technology.
That led to Signal, and later Chatify.
Those projects taught me that technology isn't valuable because it is technically impressive.
It is valuable when someone trusts it enough to use it.
Projects started becoming companies.
I learned about customers, teams, money, positioning, failure, execution, and the uncomfortable difference between a good idea and a good business.
AI stopped looking like another feature.
It started looking like a new way of building software itself.
That led me deeper into AI strategy, agentic systems, research, and AI-native products.
I'm building Productica, working at Ycenter, writing, speaking, researching, and continuing to experiment.
Still trying things. Still changing my mind. Still building.
Early years
The builder
Learning to code. Building games. Making websites. Breaking things. Starting again.
Let's Connect
The entrepreneur
First clients. First teams. First revenue. First real responsibility.
Signal
The product builder
Communication. Privacy. Trust. Users.
Chatify
The systems thinker
Security. Architecture. Communication. Scale.
Productica
The founder
Markets. Validation. Product-market fit. AI. Teams.
AI
The researcher
Agents. Automation. Intelligence. Human behaviour.
Ycenter
The strategist
AI strategy. Research. Innovation. Real-world implementation.
Today
Still figuring it out.
Still building. Still writing. Still speaking. Still experimenting.
An idea isn't really an idea until you've tried to make it real.
The experience is.
We spent decades learning how to speak to computers. Now computers are learning how to understand us.
Moving fast isn't the goal. Learning fast is.
The same technology can create completely different outcomes depending on the person using it. That's why understanding people matters as much as understanding technology.
The thing you learn for no reason today might become the thing you need tomorrow.
Building the next generation of AI-powered venture intelligence and specialised AI agents.
Working across AI strategy, research and innovation.
Turning ideas, observations and experiments into essays and frameworks.
Sharing what I'm learning with communities, students, founders and builders.
Exploring the intersection of AI × Products × Human Behavior.
I've spent a surprising amount of time on stages, in classrooms, and in rooms full of curious people.
I don't particularly enjoy giving talks that people forget five minutes later. The best sessions are the ones where someone leaves thinking: “I want to try that.” That's the goal.
Conversations around technology, AI, startups and building.
Workshops around human-centred design, systems thinking, innovation and startup-oriented technology.
From startup communities to technology and cybersecurity sessions — Vadodara has been one of the places where I've spent the most time learning and sharing.

Every project has people behind it. Co-founders. Friends. Teams. Mentors. Students. Communities. Clients. People who said yes. People who said no. People who challenged an idea. People who stayed up late building it. This archive is also a record of those people.
Where a lot of the building started.
Where ideas became conversations with a much wider ecosystem.
Where technology, design, innovation and entrepreneurship came together in a completely different setting.
Airports. Classrooms. Conference rooms. Cafés. University labs. Stages. And far too many browser tabs.
Founded and built multiple technology ventures.
Built communication and messaging products.
Built AI-powered venture intelligence through Productica.
Developed specialised AI agent systems.
Worked in AI strategy and research at Ycenter.
Spoken at technology, startup and cybersecurity communities.
Led and contributed to student and technology communities.
Published writing around startups, AI and product thinking.
Worked across AI, cybersecurity, product development and entrepreneurship.
And kept building.
